Riverstone Dip Bowl

These riverstone pieces are carved from basalt boulders from the Marapi volcano in Central Java. Washed down the river during the rainy season, the boulders are then collected and polished to give a smooth finish.

Each piece of riverstone is collected and handmade by Indonesian craftspeople, which means that it can vary in size, shape and colour, but this is also what makes them unique.

Use the bowl for salt, or as a small snack bowl or for serving dip and pesto. It can also be used for jewellery or in the bathroom. The bowl is designed with a raw outer and polished inner.
